Very happy with The Macomb Carpet Guys - 2nd lowest price out of 4 quotes, but by far the best and most trustworthy. They came out the same day that I called to request a free price quote. The Carpet Guys were the only one of all four that did not apply pressure or make me feel uncomfortable when I told them I was not buying but only getting price quotes. All of the others gave me an attitude once i said that. The carpet Guys rep (Shawn) remained professional and tok his time and answered all of my questions. hey had the best service warranty as well. the cheapest company was $300 less than The carpet Guys, but I feel very happy with my decision. the job looks perfect and i am very satisfied.

An issue arose after installation, and Joe handled it promptly and courteously. He was at my house at 9:30 on a Sunday night working on a solution. The flooring looks great and we appreciate the great customer service. We would use them again.
