"We had two rooms carpeted with a high-quality material. They moved furniture and removed the old carpeting. Additionally, they sanded and refinished (using a water-based finish) the hardwood floors in 3 rooms (two rooms were 12 x 12 and one room was 15x15). They also moved furniture from the rooms and moved the furniture back in after the floors dried. Overall, both the carpet installation and refinishing of the hardwood went very well. Both crews were professional and efficient. The sales process was straightforward with detailed information and allowed us to make an informed decision about the products we wanted to use. "Overall excellent experience. Our Design Consultant, Shawn, did a great job. He arrived on time. He was easy going and did not seem to pressure us at all. He let us take all the time we needed to go through the samples, carry them around to each room, and make a decision. The cost was a bit better than expected and less than other estimates. Would only like to have seen more choice of color, quality, and padding available. We were still able to find a style that we liked and are happy with it. On the installation date, everything was on time and went smoothy. The installers cleaned up well and everything looked great!"
